Eflorist Customer Care Review from Morden, Merton
Paid an exhorbitant sum for flowers to be delivered on Thursday 7th July and received a text to say that they had been delivered. Next day I asked if the flowers were Ok, but the recipient did not have them. They were later found in a black rubbish bin outside the house !!! What a horrible, expensive service. No note was left for the recipient and the flowers were found only by accident. I will never use the service again and will tell everyone how badly you have performed.

My sister arranged fire florist to deliver flowers for my birthday, had we not spoken (she lives in New Zealand) she would have assumed they had been delivered as agreed. The first response from them some three later was that they had been delivered, not that they would investigate because they believed her. Some 10 days later and after several emails they agreed to upgrade and deliver another bouquet, no suprise they have never arrived! Now she is struggling to get a response to get her money back, This company us a joke and have no customer service skills, do not use them there are plenty of other great internet florists out there

Hi I ordered the basket of flowers for Mother's Day medium size called PODARUNEK in Poland. Unfortunately what she received was nothing like I have chosen. That supposed to be colourful flowers in a basket medium size and my mum received 7 white flowers in a small plastic pot This is unacceptable I want a refund or the right basket to be send to my mum. I made an order for my wife because she was in uk alone. To have them in her hotel room. I order a pretty love circle display and chocolates. Nothing like the picture showed up in her room. Small, missing flowers and a bland silver tin vase. I complained and they said they had to substitute basically everything and that it was by they're standards ok. I wish I had read the reviews before hand.Review

I ordered flowers on Monday b4 mothers day. When I got conformation it said the delivery date was July 5, I e mailed them immediately. I e-mail them 3 times and finally got a response on Friday stating that they couldn't process my order. That left me at the last minuet trying to find flowers. This is poor and unprofessional. I feel I should get free flowers sent to correct this asap. I would like others to know be ordering from this company. That they are not as they as good as proclaim to be. Its a company that you can't count on and don't respond to emails on a timely bases. A very unhappy customer !!

EFlorist review: No flowers - no help
Horrible place. I wish I had read all the reviews before I ordered from them. At first I thought maybe I did something wrong, (I like to give the benefit of the doubt) so I checked the order over carefully, right date, right address, right everything. Checked my credit card and no problems charging the card. When I first emailed regarding the non-delivery I received a "canned" response saying they were delivered. Ignoring the email above they replied to that stated quite clearly that they weren't. When I emailed a second time, nothing. When I emailed a third time I was told they were looking into it, but no response. I've emailed again telling them to refund the card immediately and not to bother with sending the flowers now as, like previous posters before me, it was a special occasion and far to late to deliver days later. I'm so upset. I will never use them again.

Ordered on 30th March -no show by 2nd April -blamed Royal Mail could not guarantee delivery date so offered refund which I have accepted & now await refund.Very disappointing Surely one expects a guaranteed delivery date if it is over the internet The man on end of phone was very polite when I rang & spoke to his supervisor however should I have had to chase this up myself? At least I was able to get a reply .I now await return of payment I cannot think that I will use this site again.What a shame-it causes disappointment & hassle

Same story here. No flowers.
Will be posting all over the place to warning people how horrible they are.
I'm completely heartbroken.
If you paid by credit card - call the credit card company and tell them. If credit card companies get enough complaints and have to refund cards (should eflorist fail to refund anyone which has happened) they will no longer be able to process by credit card.

You may be interested to know that the UK Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) made a ruling against eflorist on 6th July 2016 as a customer had complained that the product they received bore no resemblance to the image on the website- (completely different selection of flowers, fewer of them, of poorer quality and flat packed not an arrangement as the image suggested). The full details of the case are in the public domain and available to view on the ASA website.
Eflorist were instructed to ensure that the images of their bouquets were representative of the product consumers would actually receive.
May I suggest that if you think they are in breach of this ruling you contact the ASA directly and send your photos as evidence. It may help other customers from getting caught out as you did and force eflorist to comply with the ruling.
