Don't Use EFlorist.co.uk

I received my Mother's Day Flowers on Saturday 5th March, they were very disappointing as they appeared half dead with pink roses having battered brown outer petals which were crisp and dry, petals falling off daisies, other flowers dry and leaves and stems broken. I followed the instructions to rejuvenate them with little success as they were too far gone and 24 hrs later rang them only to get a recorded message and they have not returned my call. I then sent an e-mail but have had no reply, I have sent another one and am still waiting for a reply.

This is what exactly did not happen!Ordered by my son for me a bunch of Mother's Day flowers.To be delivered day before. Never arrived. Eventually he received an email saying they'd run out of flowers. No apology to me although I subsequently mailed them expressing my disappointment. We think they've refunded his money . Again no apology. What a bunch of losers. I would urge anyone wanting to order internet flowers to boycott this poor company. From a sad disappointed mum

Don't recommend them!! Ordered roses from them, arrived dried up and wilted, did not even have water. Mother was very disappointed Eflorist refusing to give a refund or replacement instead they want to conduct investigations with the supplier. Surely in the meantime you think their aim would be to satisfy the customer by rectifying the problem straight away ie send replacement bouquet or refund, but instead nothing.customer does not come first. Won't be using them again waste of time and money.

I received this email after failure to deliver Mothers day flowers in 2016 - Your order reference: WA1574085 Dear Sarah Gleave, This Mother's Day has been our busiest ever with a record amount of orders sent, as a result there have been some bouquets unable to be delivered for Mothering Sunday. As an apology to those Mums whose flowers have yet to arrive we are donating £5000 to the NSPCC. Please accept our sincerest apologies once again. We are doing our utmost to get your flowers delivered and hope this gesture will offer some consolation for any disappointment caused. - I responded saying donations (as a tax write off) were not a compensation to me OR my mum. I also had to enquire as to where the delivery was, there was no email from them pre warning me until I asked.

Bought flowers off them for mothersday the bunch looked nothing like id ordered was half the size of the picture shown even though i ordered the biggest bunch. Half the flowers were already dying. The extras id payes for was not delivered. I payed £51 for a bunch of flowers that were worse then petrol station ones which were in the bin bucket....worst place ive ever dealt with. They have gave me numerous email addresses which do not exist, tried to phone them back and looks like they have pulled the phone lines out or blocked me somehow as its not even ringing now

I made an order on the Thursday before Mother's Day. The order came on the Friday, was nothing like the bouquet I ordered. A few tulips (which I can't stand) in a bunch. The bouquet I'd ordered was clearly more expensive than the one I received. I sent an email and received a response asking about the order I did receive. Was it similar? Etc. I responded that there was no likeness at all and I wanted something to be done to resolve their error. No reply. I've since sent around 11 emails. I managed to speak to someone on the phone who reassured me I would be contacted. Via email. Low and behold, this was 3 days ago and I've heard nothing. I'm currently on hold to customer services now (and have been for 15 minutes). I'm appalled at their service and lack of response to dissatisfied customers. Would absolutely not use them again, and would advise others against doing so.

My daughter made a £60 for mothers day flowers (On my credit card) that weren't delivered, impossible to contact the company, no refund. Unfortunately she was taken in by their fake reviews and google promotion and didnt do her homework. Extremely disappointed, but having looked round the internet it seems my experience is far from unique. Avoid this company. Any positive reviews are likely generated by themselves. They should be reported to trading standards. Do not order anything from them. The end.

I placed 3 next day delivery orders for flowers on 4/3/16 to be delivered on the 5/3/16. Only one order was delivered. My 90 year old grandmother and mother in law are still waiting for theirs! No one from eflorist has contacted me, I have sent two emails - no response! They have not refunded my money, I will be perusing this further. Absolutely disgusting service!! I used eflorist all the time - no more custom from me!
