The box was left, but no one rang the doorbell. The chocolates were eaten and the card was undone. The flowers were bone dry and wilted, which just spoiled the lovely surprise.

About the order i received
I received my flowers on valentines day from my husband and I'm not happy with the quality of the flowers and they should have been roses and fushias and they have wilted and has you can see in the picture there also dying these cost my husband £37 pounds absolutely disgusting I'm so disappointed with them we won't be ordering from eflorist ever ag

I needed to call the company but couldn't get through and they kept hanging up the phone, saying the user was busy. It's crap.

Newernwver received my order received my order
My order was supposed to be delivered y yodel they however didnt even attempt to deliver my order but changed the delivery information and said I wasnt home. I am currently recovering from a hip replacement and cant leave the house so I know they never tried. I also have a ring doorbell and the time they say they tried to deliver have no recordings of anyone coming to my door.

Flowers arrived to my relative mostly dead, drooping. The chocolates I ordered didn't ever arrive, despite contacting Efloirst, they replied with generic emails & didn't respond to my questions about the chocolates. APPALLING
