Don't expect your flowers on time
I ordered flowers for my niece's wedding which was yesterday.
Here is the email I received:-
Your order reference: WA1601872
Unfortunately, on this occasion we have been unable to deliver your order on the date requested.
By way of an apology, we would like to send your order with an upgrade added at our cost, after the Easter weekend.
Please reply to this email address to confirm an alternative date for delivery.
Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the delay on this occasion.
It's too late for an upgrade! These were her wedding flowers!
I have used eflorist on a number of occasions over the past few years without any problems, however this Easter weekend I placed two orders, one for my Mum and this one for my niece and neither of them arrived.
Needless to say I shan't be using eflorist again.
