Ordered a gift basket for a friend, company sent the basket to me instead of intended recipient, I did not accept the basket from the florist. E-florist refused to have another basket sent and billed my credit card for more than the amount on my statement, then called the florist and asked them to deliver it to my friend which they could not do since it was 3 hours away!

Company admitted they made a mistake but would not rectify it, told me to take it up with my credit card company and dispute the charge, but would not credit my account.
