EFlorist - Supplied poor quality wilted flowers
eFlorist delivered a bouquet which was wilted, was not what I had ordered and was on their website for 5 less than the price I had paid. I let customer services know immediately and sent a photo but they refused to acknowledge that the flowers were wilted, and also said that the florist was entitled to send whatever they wanted as long as the bouquet was a similar size and quality. After some emails and a phone call I gave up. I will not be using them again. I wish I had looked up the reviews before ordering, but I got the name off the Waitrose website so assumed it would be a good company as Waitrose is an excellent store.

Don't recommend them!! Ordered roses from them, arrived dried up and wilted, did not even have water. Mother was very disappointed Eflorist refusing to give a refund or replacement instead they want to conduct investigations with the supplier. Surely in the meantime you think their aim would be to satisfy the customer by rectifying the problem straight away ie send replacement bouquet or refund, but instead nothing.customer does not come first. Won't be using them again waste of time and money.

I made an order on the Thursday before Mother's Day. The order came on the Friday, was nothing like the bouquet I ordered. A few tulips (which I can't stand) in a bunch. The bouquet I'd ordered was clearly more expensive than the one I received. I sent an email and received a response asking about the order I did receive. Was it similar? Etc. I responded that there was no likeness at all and I wanted something to be done to resolve their error. No reply. I've since sent around 11 emails. I managed to speak to someone on the phone who reassured me I would be contacted. Via email. Low and behold, this was 3 days ago and I've heard nothing. I'm currently on hold to customer services now (and have been for 15 minutes). I'm appalled at their service and lack of response to dissatisfied customers. Would absolutely not use them again, and would advise others against doing so.

Dead Mother's Day flowers that arrived two days after the scheduled delivery date of Sat 5th March 2016. EFlorist ignoring all my emails and will not contact me as they promised after I wrote a review on Trust Pilot! Disgraceful service and I'll not rest until I get an apology and a full refund!

EFlorist in London, England - Disappointed to say the least
I thought I would do something different this year and order some "beautiful" flowers online. however, to my horror these flowers arrived dead. I had requested a Saturday delivery knowing someone would be home, but they arrived Friday and were sent to the local post office where they were kept overnight. To our disbelief when we opened the box the flowers were dead. I have never known a company to send flowers without any water in them and in a box. I am so disappointed in this company and I wish I had read the reviews before. I'm not counting on the company to get back to me but to everyone out there - you're better of going to Tesco! Such a horrible, unreliable, money grabbing company!

Decided to try them again for my anniversary and ordered a large bouquet - should not have bothered. Very disappointed when I saw what I got for my money - not many blooms and looked very sparse. Compared to the image on the website a complete rip off. I have had much better service from other on-line florists and will not use eFlorist again. Complained and sent a picture to be told that the bouquet looked 'in specification'. I wanted to wow my wife - no chance. Totally overpriced for what I got.

Same story here. No flowers.
Will be posting all over the place to warning people how horrible they are.
I'm completely heartbroken.
If you paid by credit card - call the credit card company and tell them. If credit card companies get enough complaints and have to refund cards (should eflorist fail to refund anyone which has happened) they will no longer be able to process by credit card.
