I made an order on the Thursday before Mother's Day. The order came on the Friday, was nothing like the bouquet I ordered.

A few tulips (which I can't stand) in a bunch. The bouquet I'd ordered was clearly more expensive than the one I received. I sent an email and received a response asking about the order I did receive. Was it similar?

Etc. I responded that there was no likeness at all and I wanted something to be done to resolve their error. No reply. I've since sent around 11 emails.

I managed to speak to someone on the phone who reassured me I would be contacted. Via email. Low and behold, this was 3 days ago and I've heard nothing. I'm currently on hold to customer services now (and have been for 15 minutes).

I'm appalled at their service and lack of response to dissatisfied customers.

Would absolutely not use them again, and would advise others against doing so.
