I purchased flowers to the value of almost £60 to arrive on the 23rd of December as a Christmas gift to a good friend who has supported me since the death of my mother. When I contacted Customer Service the first time asking where the delivery was, they told me I would receive a text once the flowers arrived, no text and no flowers! I then contacted Customer Services again and was told they were liaising with the local florist, I contacted them again for an update and was ignored ... Christmas has now passed, I'm still £60 out of pocket, I'm still being ignored other than receiving an email after I told them how appalling they are on their Facebook page, they deleted my review .... Truth hurts! The ridiculous email I received from them stated the florist is closed today, can they simply not grasp that after multiple demands of wanting a refund and no flowers received by my friend, that contacting a closed florist is rather moronic and also yet more stalling tactics in supplying me with my money back? Never, ever buy from this company as it is not worth the upset, stress and tears ... They've let me down unforgivably, their customer service is appalling and disgusting ... They don't care, they ignore requests for refunds and the only time I get a response from them is when I post a bad review, a review in which they are most deserving! Disgraceful company, unforgivably poor service and until my money is returned, they are thieves too!

EFlorist - 80th birthday bouquet, still waiting!

I ordered some of my nans favourite flowers for her 80th birthday as we were on holiday and I wouldn't see her, they didn't turn up, I phones them the next weeks and barely an apology, just that they would send the flowers the next day, well I just found out they haven't done that either. I have emailed them for a refund now but reading other posts I worry if I will get one. So disappointed, my Nan must have thought I hadn't bothered until I asked her d she had them. Don't bother with these if you want the job done properly

I ordered some flowers forca friends birthday with at least a weeks notice. The flowers have not arrived and ive been told that i should allow 2 workinf days extra onbtip of the expected delivery date. How ridiculous. Been offered a replacement but not holding my breath. Need to bring this company to justice by the looks of things.

My sister ordered a beautiful basket of flowers to be sent to Sweden for my ex-husband's funeral at a cost of £80. Everything on the order was correct, address, telephone number to the church warden who would be receiving flowers for the funeral. Nothing came. A bouquet we thought was theirs went to the wrong address but turned out to belong to another guest at the funeral. They have promised my sister a refund but so far nothing has been returned. They also offered to send me flowers as compensation. Needless to say nothing arrived. In my eyes this company is nothing less than criminal. NEVER USE THEM!

I live in the US, Ordered flowers and gifts for my girlfriend in the UK for her birthday [65.00USD] .. Placed order on Jan 08-17 to be delivered on Jan 11-17. I have ordered from Interflora many times and everytime she recieves flowers.. I know because she sends me photos along with her thank yous and I love yous. On January 12th we spoke and she never mentioned anything - so embarrassingly enough I had to ask her and completely ruin what was suppose to be a surprise. Today is Jan 14-17 and still absolutely no sign of her delivery. I have emailed customer service 4 times in 5 days and all I receive is a computer generated response. The worst company ever. Please don't go through the same frustration as many of us have, your chances of satisfaction are much better anywhere else.

I ordered flower for my girlfriend birthday on 6th of jan to deliver on 9th of Jan because they cannot deliver on 8th of jan Sunday. First i got mail that they can't deliver the bouquet i ordered and they offer different bouquet i accept their new offer because it was too late to change.But they cannot deliver new bouquet even on 9th of jan and ask for delivery on 10th of jan. I did not accept this reluctant and non professional attitude. Now i wait for refund my money back and even refund will take 3 to 5 days. This is ridiculus company. do not trust them for your loved ones.

EFlorist in London, England - HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE

My parents placed an order for a bouquet of the Royal Blush to be delivered to me with a request for this to be at 10am (confirmation email containing specific instructions attached below). I waited until 11am, then I rang customer service, who informed me that they cannot see the special instructions, even though "they usually can". They informed me that the florist who has accepted the order is having van issues, and that the flowers will arrive within the next two hours. After the two hours, still no flowers. I called again and a different customer service representative told me that the van is out for deliveries and that they will arrive within the hour. The flowers arrived half an hour later (that's FOUR HOURS DELAY!!!!!!). Unfortunately, not knowing what "Royal Blush" is meant to look like, since my parents ordered it and not me, I happily signed for the order. After sending a photo to my parents, they informed me that this was the ENTIRELY WRONG BOUQUET. Not only were the signature flowers missing, my favourite flowers which were meant to mark this special occasion for me, but they seemed to have been substituted by some mess of branches just to make up for the missing space. The lilies are unopened, which I'm not sure if that's how it's meant to be. Shouldn't the recipient receive the flowers AS PICTURED? To conclude, this has been by far the WORST customer experience of my life, I have lost half of my day on this nonsense and I didn't even get the right flowers. I have asked for a full refund, which I doubt that I will get. Do NOT, repeat, do NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Ordered on 30th March -no show by 2nd April -blamed Royal Mail could not guarantee delivery date so offered refund which I have accepted & now await refund.Very disappointing Surely one expects a guaranteed delivery date if it is over the internet The man on end of phone was very polite when I rang & spoke to his supervisor however should I have had to chase this up myself? At least I was able to get a reply .I now await return of payment I cannot think that I will use this site again.What a shame-it causes disappointment & hassle

I received this email after failure to deliver Mothers day flowers in 2016 - Your order reference: WA1574085 Dear Sarah Gleave, This Mother's Day has been our busiest ever with a record amount of orders sent, as a result there have been some bouquets unable to be delivered for Mothering Sunday. As an apology to those Mums whose flowers have yet to arrive we are donating £5000 to the NSPCC. Please accept our sincerest apologies once again. We are doing our utmost to get your flowers delivered and hope this gesture will offer some consolation for any disappointment caused. - I responded saying donations (as a tax write off) were not a compensation to me OR my mum. I also had to enquire as to where the delivery was, there was no email from them pre warning me until I asked.
