Same story here. No flowers.

Will be posting all over the place to warning people how horrible they are.

I'm completely heartbroken.

If you paid by credit card - call the credit card company and tell them. If credit card companies get enough complaints and have to refund cards (should eflorist fail to refund anyone which has happened) they will no longer be able to process by credit card.

I thought I would do something different this year and order some "beautiful" flowers online. however, to my horror these flowers arrived dead. I had requested a Saturday delivery knowing someone would be home, but they arrived Friday and were sent to the local post office where they were kept overnight. To our disbelief when we opened the box the flowers were dead. I have never known a company to send flowers without any water in them and in a box. I am so disappointed in this company and I wish I had read the reviews before. I'm not counting on the company to get back to me but to everyone out there - you're better of going to Tesco! Such a horrible, unreliable, money grabbing company!

I made an order on the Thursday before Mother's Day. The order came on the Friday, was nothing like the bouquet I ordered. A few tulips (which I can't stand) in a bunch. The bouquet I'd ordered was clearly more expensive than the one I received. I sent an email and received a response asking about the order I did receive. Was it similar? Etc. I responded that there was no likeness at all and I wanted something to be done to resolve their error. No reply. I've since sent around 11 emails. I managed to speak to someone on the phone who reassured me I would be contacted. Via email. Low and behold, this was 3 days ago and I've heard nothing. I'm currently on hold to customer services now (and have been for 15 minutes). I'm appalled at their service and lack of response to dissatisfied customers. Would absolutely not use them again, and would advise others against doing so.

This is what exactly did not happen!Ordered by my son for me a bunch of Mother's Day flowers.To be delivered day before. Never arrived. Eventually he received an email saying they'd run out of flowers. No apology to me although I subsequently mailed them expressing my disappointment. We think they've refunded his money . Again no apology. What a bunch of losers. I would urge anyone wanting to order internet flowers to boycott this poor company. From a sad disappointed mum

Don't recommend them!! Ordered roses from them, arrived dried up and wilted, did not even have water. Mother was very disappointed Eflorist refusing to give a refund or replacement instead they want to conduct investigations with the supplier. Surely in the meantime you think their aim would be to satisfy the customer by rectifying the problem straight away ie send replacement bouquet or refund, but instead nothing.customer does not come first. Won't be using them again waste of time and money.

I ordered a BASKET of flowers, with a BALLOON, with SAME day delivery, which I paid £42 .00 for, what my son and daughter in law actually received was a bunch of flowers, I was told after I paid for it that same day delivery was not possible , but there was going to be a upgrade at their cost . Please read the reviews before spending your hard earned cash with this dreadful company! Ordered from their £15 range and received something I could have purchased for around £6 in a supermarket. Complained, sent the photos they requested, heard nothing and then discovered they'd blocked my email address and IP...! They also are trying to get my Trust Pilot review removed. I have no reason to make up a bad review, I really just want to help others save their money by shopping with a reputable retailer. Shall be reporting them to Trading Standards AND contacting my card issuer for a charge-back since they have blocked my communicating with them.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering! The flowers delivered did not resemble the ones ordered as in the picture. I ordered Eden basked for my moms 60th birthday. What arrived did not contain the flowers ordered or the colors. Looked cheap and empty. The customer service reply to my feedback was that they would not do anything about it because I submitted it after 7 days. Even though my complaint had nothing to do with condition of the flowers such as their freshness in which case I understand that the timing is everything. I would not order again. This was unacceptable customer service. It did make me laugh though. The positive: delivery was timely and the response to my complaint only took a day.

I have something due for delivery today... hope it's not as bad as this experience.

And I believe it's in uppercase because she's shouting... as would I be if I'd paid for as service and was let down. But disturbing that eflorist response is to have a pop back...

would've expected them to be trying their utmost to put it right. Oh dear, very worrying
