I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife’s workplace as we were celebrating 2 years marriage and her birthday as well.Simply put, flowers did not arrive on time.
She came home from work with no flowers and I made a fool of myself. Deed is done. After I talked with them and explained, they wouldn’t even consider a refund following the situation they’ve put me in. They keep blaming other 3’rd parties involved in the delivery process… I am extremely disappointed with this company and customer service is horrible.
Will never order from them again.DO NOT USE THEM AS YOU WILL MOST LIKELY BE DISAPPOINTED!
