I wish I had read all the reviews before I ordered from them.
At first I thought maybe I did something wrong, (I like to give the benefit of the doubt) so I checked the order over carefully, right date, right address, right everything. Checked my credit card and no problems charging the card.
When I first emailed regarding the non-delivery I received a "canned" response saying they were delivered. Ignoring the email above they replied to that stated quite clearly that they weren't. When I emailed a second time, nothing. When I emailed a third time I was told they were looking into it, but no response.
I've emailed again telling them to refund the card immediately and not to bother with sending the flowers now as, like previous posters before me, it was a special occasion and far to late to deliver days later.
I'm so upset. I will never use them again.
