Ordered on 30th March -no show by 2nd April -blamed Royal Mail could not guarantee delivery date so offered refund which I have accepted & now await refund.Very disappointing
Surely one expects a guaranteed delivery date if it is over the internet
The man on end of phone was very polite when I rang & spoke to his supervisor however should I have had to chase this up myself?
At least I was able to get a reply .I now await return of payment
I cannot think that I will use this site again.What a shame-it causes disappointment & hassle
