I ordered flowers on Monday b4 mothers day. When I got conformation it said the delivery date was July 5, I e mailed them immediately.

I e-mail them 3 times and finally got a response on Friday stating that

they couldn't process my order. That left me at the last minuet trying to find flowers. This is poor and unprofessional. I feel I should get free flowers sent to correct this asap.

I would like others to know be ordering from this company.

That they are not as they as good as proclaim to be.

Its a company that you can't count on and don't respond to emails on a timely bases. A very unhappy customer !!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $25.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Customer service.
