Yes the problem anit bein resolved or replacements sent out or refunded for this issue and i anit happy with the service or that no body sortted this problem

Hello this company is fraud fraud fraud I ordered the flowers three days before for a birthday and still no flowers very low class

Cancel an order

I ordered some flowers and realised that person wouldn't be at home that time. I cancelled it just after 15 mins when I ordered it. Now it says I can't cancel my order as it is processed. How is it possible that in 15 mins a item is been processed for delivery. Even the delivery is after 2 days. Thanks

I am unable to receive my order after paying online don't buy from eflorist I cannot get my order no one contact me even after I contacted them numerous time online I get no response from them

Checking delivery

I ordered flowers and chocolates for my brother and wifes Golden Wedding anniversary today. Id checked earlier with my niece to ensure they were home, turns out theyre away for weekend. Realise no fault of yours but can flowers be resent?

I wanted to sent flowers to my brother and wife for their Golden Wedding anniversary today. Checked with my niece and was told they were definitely at home. Now turns out they are away for a few days with friends, celebrating and Ive spent a fair bit of money for nothing( not your fault I know)! Can the flowers be resent possibly at a later date. Yodel delivery driver late with parcel nearly 7h

I'm not happy and customer service start talking some story..tell me to try ring to supplier or change date delivery

Not happy with bouquet

Good afternoon My mum received her order on Saturday and was really pleased with it. Unfortunately Im not. I paid extra for a bigger bouquet and the flowers dont look like the ones I ordered. Seeing them today in the vase I wish I had gone to a shop and paid a lot less for them. Im really disappointed as they were for her 65th birthday. I quite often have flowers from you and they have always been so nice. Please can this be looked into as Im really not happy with the service I have received. Kind regards Christina Reilly

Dreadful service

Made order for the 9 th of October for my wife for anniversary but no show paid over 45 pounds for flowers all I keep getting is what is your order number when they email me back disgusting behaviour from any company really.. just bloody send my flowers you are one in a million florist around the country but I used your company never again

Requesting a refund

I ordered the flowers on 5th October to reach my best friend's birthday on 7th. However, this didn't happen, so I emailed to ask where the flowers are and whilst my friend had retired to bed in the middle of the night a neighbor called her that shed just seen someone drop a box outside her house, so my friend got out of bed and took the box in. To her horror it was a bunch of green messy leaves with a bit of buds here and there. She sent me a picture and I felt embarrassed and ashamed, a totally rip off! When I complained and asked for a refund, I was told to give it a few days, and it will bloom, I told my friend this, and she never got back to me, I demand a refund!

Flowers not delivered no tracking number provided

Absolutely disgusting customer service. No flowers were attempted to be delivered , no tracking number provided and now I have no flowers and cant get through to anyone at Eflorist. Absolutely disgusting
