Flowers arrived in poor quality similar to gas station flowers (cheap and cheerful) not what you would expect from such a well known trusted company. Totally dissatisfied customer. Contacted immediately but still waiting 4 days later (and counting) for a favorable response. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired!!!

Would have left a zero rating but 1 was the lowest option. My husband is carrying the coffin of a very dear friend and the flowers he paid £50 for looked like £10 flowers from a garage. The card was supposed to be printed but instead was hand written. Envelope addressed to the deceased. DISGUSTED !!

Not happy with my order

My order was received yesterday two day after the scheduled date. When it arrived the box was damaged , the flowers were half dead with some flower head off. The card was smeared with the flowers. Im going through cancer treatment and this was a thank you to my sister for helping care for me. So has you can imagine Im extremely disappointed. I would like a full refund.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. simply said I'd take them to court AND if I did I'd also claim compensation!

On 12th February, I ordered flowers for Valentines Day (£85).
No communication from the company - just an online account system you have to log into.
No order email confirmation (which is standard elsewhere)
Promises of courier communication about a delivery slot (which doesn't come)
14th February (Valentines Day) - no communication, no flowers nothing!
(Very unhappy wife! fortunately placated by offer to buy some new furniture she has been oin about - and fortunately I had printed off the order so she knew I'd ordered flowers and chocolates)l
Complaint -online - no response
Online communication chat service - no agents available
No phone number on the web - found one here
"No one is available"

Still no communication
Still no chat service available - no agents are available
Then Flowers arrived 16:30pm (box very battered) - courier had no explanation - flowers refused as no longer Valentines Day!

Flowers were for my daughter in law birthday today. The buds were detached from the stems and were rotten/dead. When she attempted to pick the flowers from the box, they fell apart. She sent me photographs of the flowers in the box which look like a compost heap. I request a refund or I will be going to trading standards as this is disgusting.
