Comwplaint for flowers
The flowers which were a present were nothing like the picture. The free chocolates were not included, although I had ticked the relevant box.
There were lots of dried up leaves and weary half dead roses. There were two freesia which were quite fresh looking but that was all.
There was no response from eflorist
on their phone number which kept ending my call. I received a full refund as I had paid with PayPal but I had to
go through their Resolution centre and
escalate the claim.
My advice.Do not use eflorist uk as they
seem to use different florists without
checking on the products. My flowers were delivered from a town which is miles away from where I live.
We have
plenty of reputable florists in our town.
I live alone and cannot get out so
ordered online. Feeling very upset
as they were a birthday gift for my
granddaughter.

Verified ReviewerOrdered a flower for Mother’s Day but I had it delivered the day before Mother’s Day with supposed to have a free chocolate as stated in the website. But there wasn’t a chocolate !! Shame
