The flowers which were a present were nothing like the picture. The free chocolates were not included, although I had ticked the relevant box.

There were lots of dried up leaves and weary half dead roses. There were two freesia which were quite fresh looking but that was all.

There was no response from eflorist

on their phone number which kept ending my call. I received a full refund as I had paid with PayPal but I had to

go through their Resolution centre and

escalate the claim.

My advice.Do not use eflorist uk as they

seem to use different florists without

checking on the products. My flowers were delivered from a town which is miles away from where I live.

We have

plenty of reputable florists in our town.

I live alone and cannot get out so

ordered online. Feeling very upset

as they were a birthday gift for my

granddaughter.

No response. Credit card company are going to reimburse me and take it up with them after 30 Days.

My flowers to Paris on Wednesday have never been delivered and I cant get to speak to anybody about this. They were going to 8 Rue des Eaux 75016 Paris. It is impossible to speak to anyone. I am getting fed up of spending all my time trying to sort this problem. I want my money back.

Flowers never arrived for Mothers Day tracking still says the same as it did the day before the delivery was due No response to emails and not answering the phone no idea what to do now. Its very sad as the flowers were for my daughter from her little boy for Mothers Day so she was very upset when both g arrived and I am furious

If youre advertising in your website that a free chocolate will be given together with an ordered bunch of flowers. Please comply with it as I could just bought a box of chocolate for mum. Instead I was hoping that you did. Only bunch of flowers was delivered no chocolate .

Order placed on 5th March for delivery on or before mother's day 10th March. Extra paid for delivery. Email received accepting order and stating it would be delivered by Yodel. Order not received but another email received telling me that it is now being delivered by Amazon on the 11th which is too late for the intended recipient to accept it. I now have a delivery of flowers which I have no further use for. If this is customers' service then I will no longer be a customer! BE WARNED!!AVOID

Would have left a zero rating but 1 was the lowest option. My husband is carrying the coffin of a very dear friend and the flowers he paid £50 for looked like £10 flowers from a garage. The card was supposed to be printed but instead was hand written. Envelope addressed to the deceased. DISGUSTED !!

I informed eflorist immediately that I had given them the wrong house number they said they could not change it all they had to do is contact there courier or supplier but they just could not be bothered, I will never deal with this company ever again. Talk about poor customer service they take first prize.

I received the the flowers next but I was supposed to get on the 13 with the other flowers. But they said it state that they could come late. But they give me a date 13 February the flowers wasmy sons girl friend My son has autism so I told him the 13. So he expects them on the 13 I had to go out on the 13 and buy him more so was out of pocket 40 pounds I want use them again
