You are impossible to communicate with

Flowers delivered to a Mrs Marsh at Cornwallis Care Home.

There was no card with the flowers and we have tried very hard to find out who sent them.

Because I could not get through to you we still do not know who sent the roses

Non deliver of flowers on 5/1/25

The flowers were ordered on 4/1/25 for delivery 5/1/25

5/1/25 you notified me the flowers were delayed and to be delivered on 6/1/25

6/1/25 No flowers were delivered

I knew even before I asked my friend because I didnt receive an email to say the flowers were delivered. The flowers have never arrived.

The payment of £28.23 was taken out of my bank on 6/1/25

I am very disappointed with your service on this occasion

And very disappointed my friend did not receive her gift

I would like a full refund please

I ordered a next day delivery for a friend who was unwell.

Early in the morning of delivery I was told she won't be home. I tried to change the address (even if I pay for it), tried to speak with someone.

I told 4 people that the house ll be empty and they promissed me I can change the address and they still delivered (I mean left the flowers outside, somewhere behind the door, no idea where). This is such a poor customer service - no one even tried to help, the representatives kept says: "sorry we can't help, is there anything else we can help you with" . They didn't make any effort to help but wanted to help with something else, so poor, so sad... no one saw the flowers I paid for ...

is this what Customer service is about? Very sad!

The flowers I ordered were delivered to the destination, but they were only one color, white. They should have had purple as well, her favorite color. Also, there were no chocolates in the packaging.

Was originally able to telephone for advice which was helpful but no telephone numbers were working when I tried to check on delivery.

Flowers arrived a day after the funeral and the colours were not as described and requested.

Very disappointing. Could not recommend.

Undelivered floral package

I placed an order for a delivery of flowers from Eflorist. The agreed date for delivery was the 9th of December.

As far as I know it still has not been delivered.

It was for a birthday on this date. The delivery agent Amazon are trying to tell me that the delivery is for today!

Eflorist good, Amazon delivery uncaring

Eflorist flowers were very helpful when the ordered flowers were delivered to recipient in an awful state, I and the recipient felt let down by the carrier (Amazon), for one thing they missed the delivery date and secondly the box looked like something heavy? had dropped on it damaging the heads. At the end of the day I blame the carrier.

Ok. However have to delivery firm cancelling the order the delivery of birthday flowers had to be delayed by a week.

I ordered some flowers on behalf of an elderly, terminally ill patient to be delivered to her friend. This was on Wednesday.

The flowers have not been delivered and apparently have been returned to the sender as they were damaged on arrival! No one has rung to tell me this!

I only found the email from Amazon shipping in my spam. I dont understand why nobody rang and more importantly I dont know how to tell the lady that flowers to her best friend from school have not arrived!
Can someone please investigate this with the utmost urgency.
In addition if a replacement cannot be arranged for today I would like a refund so that I can arrange to send flowers with another company.

I placed an order for two bouquets. They were both delivered yesterday. Order number 1 [ref numberWA2062****-Summer Daze-£24.99] was delightful - exactly as ordered, and the recipient was thrilled. I even have a photo which confirms the content of the flowers sent.

Order number 2 however, is not such a happy story. [ref number WA2062****-Summer Sunshine-£27.99] was a medium-sized bouquet which clearly shows ten yellow roses in the illustration. The item received contained just four roses and a few stems of infill flowers of little value, certainly not worth the amount paid.

This was really disappointing for the recipient and myself. And, I believe a mistake has been made by the local florist you use in Tavistock who has delivered a SMALL bouquet instead of the one ordered. The quality bears no relation to the excellent product delivered in Harrogate.

I am not asking for a refund or compensation but would appreciate a supplementary delivery of the missing roses! I am attaching a photo by way of explanation - or I would if there was a way to do it.

The flowers were a day late being delivered, and the flowers were dead. Also, the packaging was all damaged.

They were a surprise anniversary present for my wife.

I was extremely disappointed. I have pictures as proof and would like a full refund, please.

My husband sent flowers to my workplace this afternoon, which arrived in an absolutely appalling state. The roses are a light brown color and in the process of dying. A number of stems on the carnations are snapped, and they are hanging down. The whole bouquet is just an absolute disgrace. My husband was also informed that these would come with free chocolates, but they were not provided.

We are requesting a full refund, and my husband will not be using your services again.

Can we, therefore, request that we receive a telephone call tomorrow at 0773745****, or an email to either myself or my husband, confirming that a refund is being processed?

We look forward to receiving a prompt response.

Buy a lot of Boss and got my Father the latest aftershave for father's day which was due on Wednesday and is still for distribution that's not moved but the worst is I haven't even heard from them 4 emails later and calls that never get answered
