eFlorist delivered a bouquet which was wilted, was not what I had ordered and was on their website for 5 less than the price I had paid. I let customer services know immediately and sent a photo but they refused to acknowledge that the flowers were wilted, and also said that the florist was entitled to send whatever they wanted as long as the bouquet was a similar size and quality. After some emails and a phone call I gave up. I will not be using them again. I wish I had looked up the reviews before ordering, but I got the name off the Waitrose website so assumed it would be a good company as Waitrose is an excellent store.

I ordered some of my nans favourite flowers for her 80th birthday as we were on holiday and I wouldn't see her, they didn't turn up, I phones them the next weeks and barely an apology, just that they would send the flowers the next day, well I just found out they haven't done that either. I have emailed them for a refund now but reading other posts I worry if I will get one. So disappointed, my Nan must have thought I hadn't bothered until I asked her d she had them. Don't bother with these if you want the job done properly

You may be interested to know that the UK Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) made a ruling against eflorist on 6th July 2016 as a customer had complained that the product they received bore no resemblance to the image on the website- (completely different selection of flowers, fewer of them, of poorer quality and flat packed not an arrangement as the image suggested). The full details of the case are in the public domain and available to view on the ASA website.

Eflorist were instructed to ensure that the images of their bouquets were representative of the product consumers would actually receive.

May I suggest that if you think they are in breach of this ruling you contact the ASA directly and send your photos as evidence. It may help other customers from getting caught out as you did and force eflorist to comply with the ruling.

EFlorist - FRAUD! DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife’s workplace as we were celebrating 2 years marriage and her birthday as well. Simply put, flowers did not arrive on time. She came home from work with no flowers and I made a fool of myself. Deed is done. After I talked with them and explained, they wouldn’t even consider a refund following the situation they’ve put me in. They keep blaming other 3’rd parties involved in the delivery process… I am extremely disappointed with this company and customer service is horrible. Will never order from them again. DO NOT USE THEM AS YOU WILL MOST LIKELY BE DISAPPOINTED!
