My parents placed an order for a bouquet of the Royal Blush to be delivered to me with a request for this to be at 10am (confirmation email containing specific instructions attached below). I waited until 11am, then I rang customer service, who informed me that they cannot see the special instructions, even though "they usually can". They informed me that the florist who has accepted the order is having van issues, and that the flowers will arrive within the next two hours. After the two hours, still no flowers. I called again and a different customer service representative told me that the van is out for deliveries and that they will arrive within the hour. The flowers arrived half an hour later (that's FOUR HOURS DELAY!!!!!!). Unfortunately, not knowing what "Royal Blush" is meant to look like, since my parents ordered it and not me, I happily signed for the order. After sending a photo to my parents, they informed me that this was the ENTIRELY WRONG BOUQUET. Not only were the signature flowers missing, my favourite flowers which were meant to mark this special occasion for me, but they seemed to have been substituted by some mess of branches just to make up for the missing space. The lilies are unopened, which I'm not sure if that's how it's meant to be. Shouldn't the recipient receive the flowers AS PICTURED? To conclude, this has been by far the WORST customer experience of my life, I have lost half of my day on this nonsense and I didn't even get the right flowers. I have asked for a full refund, which I doubt that I will get. Do NOT, repeat, do NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Details
Paid an exhorbitant sum for flowers to be delivered on Thursday 7th July and received a text to say that they had been delivered. Next day I asked if the flowers were Ok, but the recipient did not have them. They were later found in a black rubbish bin outside the house !!! What a horrible, expensive service. No note was left for the recipient and the flowers were found only by accident. I will never use the service again and will tell everyone how badly you have performed.

Hi I ordered the basket of flowers for Mother's Day medium size called PODARUNEK in Poland. Unfortunately what she received was nothing like I have chosen. That supposed to be colourful flowers in a basket medium size and my mum received 7 white flowers in a small plastic pot This is unacceptable I want a refund or the right basket to be send to my mum. I made an order for my wife because she was in uk alone. To have them in her hotel room. I order a pretty love circle display and chocolates. Nothing like the picture showed up in her room. Small, missing flowers and a bland silver tin vase. I complained and they said they had to substitute basically everything and that it was by they're standards ok. I wish I had read the reviews before hand.

Ordered on 30th March -no show by 2nd April -blamed Royal Mail could not guarantee delivery date so offered refund which I have accepted & now await refund.Very disappointing Surely one expects a guaranteed delivery date if it is over the internet The man on end of phone was very polite when I rang & spoke to his supervisor however should I have had to chase this up myself? At least I was able to get a reply .I now await return of payment I cannot think that I will use this site again.What a shame-it causes disappointment & hassle

Same story here. No flowers.

Will be posting all over the place to warning people how horrible they are.

I'm completely heartbroken.

If you paid by credit card - call the credit card company and tell them. If credit card companies get enough complaints and have to refund cards (should eflorist fail to refund anyone which has happened) they will no longer be able to process by credit card.

I received this email after failure to deliver Mothers day flowers in 2016 - Your order reference: WA1574085 Dear Sarah Gleave, This Mother's Day has been our busiest ever with a record amount of orders sent, as a result there have been some bouquets unable to be delivered for Mothering Sunday. As an apology to those Mums whose flowers have yet to arrive we are donating £5000 to the NSPCC. Please accept our sincerest apologies once again. We are doing our utmost to get your flowers delivered and hope this gesture will offer some consolation for any disappointment caused. - I responded saying donations (as a tax write off) were not a compensation to me OR my mum. I also had to enquire as to where the delivery was, there was no email from them pre warning me until I asked.

My daughter made a £60 for mothers day flowers (On my credit card) that weren't delivered, impossible to contact the company, no refund. Unfortunately she was taken in by their fake reviews and google promotion and didnt do her homework. Extremely disappointed, but having looked round the internet it seems my experience is far from unique. Avoid this company. Any positive reviews are likely generated by themselves. They should be reported to trading standards. Do not order anything from them. The end.

I placed 3 next day delivery orders for flowers on 4/3/16 to be delivered on the 5/3/16. Only one order was delivered. My 90 year old grandmother and mother in law are still waiting for theirs! No one from eflorist has contacted me, I have sent two emails - no response! They have not refunded my money, I will be perusing this further. Absolutely disgusting service!! I used eflorist all the time - no more custom from me!
