eFlorist delivered a bouquet which was wilted, was not what I had ordered and was on their website for 5 less than the price I had paid. I let customer services know immediately and sent a photo but they refused to acknowledge that the flowers were wilted, and also said that the florist was entitled to send whatever they wanted as long as the bouquet was a similar size and quality.

After some emails and a phone call I gave up.

I will not be using them again. I wish I had looked up the reviews before ordering, but I got the name off the Waitrose website so assumed it would be a good company as Waitrose is an excellent store.
