I ordered flower for my girlfriend birthday on 6th of jan to deliver on 9th of Jan because they cannot deliver on 8th of jan Sunday. First i got mail that they can't deliver the bouquet i ordered and they offer different bouquet i accept their new offer because it was too late to change.But they cannot deliver new bouquet even on 9th of jan and ask for delivery on 10th of jan.
I did not accept this reluctant and non professional attitude. Now i wait for refund my money back and even refund will take 3 to 5 days.
This is ridiculus company. do not trust them for your loved ones.
