My sister arranged fire florist to deliver flowers for my birthday, had we not spoken (she lives in New Zealand) she would have assumed they had been delivered as agreed. The first response from them some three later was that they had been delivered, not that they would investigate because they believed her. Some 10 days later and after several emails they agreed to upgrade and deliver another bouquet, no suprise they have never arrived!

Now she is struggling to get a response to get her money back,

This company us a joke and have no customer service skills, do not use them there are plenty of other great internet florists out there

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customer service, Not receiving what i ordered.
